It is the policy of the company to ensure that all its employees are well-informed about the business that the company is in. Literacy is also desirable for employees who relate to clients on a daily basis. With this in mind, the company has enrolled one of its staff in an Abet programme. Courses have also been attended by Clive in Administrator in Bookkeeping, HR Management, Marketing, Tendering, and Small Business Management and in chemical blending. In time to come, these skills will be extended to embrace other members of staff.
